"In the province of the mind, what one believes to be true either is true or becomes true."

--John Lilly

What is NLP?

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. It's a way of changing the way the brain is hardwired to make lasting changes, by altering the way we talk to ourselves and others.

  • Neuro= the brain and mind and how they relate to the body
  • Linguistic = the way we talk to ourselves and others, both consciously and unconsciously
  • Programming = the ways results can be changed for the better

What can it be used for?

  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Physical disorders
  • Phobias
  • Allergies
  • Infertility
  • Relationship issues
  • Self-sabotage
  • Post-traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Procrastination
  • Improved performance in Sports, Sales and Business
    And more!

What are Matrix Therapies ?

Matrix Therapies are a way of engaging the subconscious mind to release old negative emotional patterns and self-limiting beliefs and programming better future outcomes.

It's a method of visualising how your memories are stored and using that to change the emotional ‘charge' of old memories. Imagine how you'll feel once you are free of your past!

Most people find it quite relaxing and easy – and get a burst of energy once the negative content is released.

What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy utilises a naturally-occurring state, similar to what you experience when you are just falling asleep. In a thoroughly relaxed state of mind, suggestions can be made to the subconscious mind to generate new outcomes. When combined with NLP, it's a powerhouse!

What is Psych-K ™ ?

Psych-K ™ is a quick and effective way to resolve beliefs, so that you get the outcomes you want in life. It is a blend of psychology and kinesthesiology, using muscle testing to access - and change - subconscious beliefs.

How does treatment work?

First, Jennifer will meet with you for a one hour consultation. This will give you an opportunity to ask any questions, and for a brief assessment to be made about the nature of your issue. In that session she'll ask some probing questions to start to unravel the strategies which are causing you to think in the way that you do.

This allows you to focus on what you are doing now and, more importantly, what you would prefer to be doing - and will give Jennifer a lot of clues about how you see the world and your underlying beliefs.

Once she has a clear idea of the therapy that is needed, she will design a Personalised Treatment Plan for you and recommend a specific course of action.

How long does it take?

Treatment can take up to twelve sessions, depending on the severity of the issue(s),
but most people find they are complete within eight.

Is this work permanent?

Yes. If you are willing to change your beliefs, the change will last as long as you like.

Is this covered by medical insurance?

Although NLP has been in existence since the 1970s, it is a relatively new therapy here in Australia. Currently there are no medical insurance companies which recognise it, although Jennifer is a clinical member of the Australian Board of NLP, and they are working hard
to change this policy.

After all, it took Chiropractors nearly 20 years to be accepted as ‘real' therapists!

What happens now? Where do we go from here?

Schedule a free consultation.
Jennifer will speak with you to get a big picture of your issue, and to see if NLP
is the right treatment for you.

Alternatively, use the Contact page to email her with your question (s).

Once you have both decided to go forward, you will prepay for your treatment programme,
fill out some paperwork and start!

You don't have to wait another moment to feel better.

Testimonials

Working with Jennifer was one of the best things I've done with my life. She helped me to clarify what was most important to me in my values, and through her careful questioning I began to see patterns in my life, which had been holding me back from success.
