Would you prefer to talk in the outdoors, walking on a quiet beach, or perhaps sitting in a park? For some, combining light exercise with a session is the perfect way to spend an hour, for others it may be enjoying a beautiful view while we sit and talk. Sometimes it's a combination of walking and sitting - whatever suits you, it just flows naturally. How it works... We make a time to meet and decide where you'd feel the most relaxed for our session together. For some it can be along the beach, for others, sitting on a park bench or taking a walk around a green space - we meet and talk/walk at your own pace on that particular day. You'll find there is no pressure to 'keep up' or huff and puff, we can sit or walk or stop altogether - you control the pace. The weather can sometimes make things tricky, so bring sensible things like a hat, water, sunblock or even a light rain jacket if that's what the day calls for.
